Reliamaid is now open in the Austin area and is looking to hire two new crew members. One Lead Cleaning Specialist and one Assistant Cleaning Specialist for ~20 hours per week (with opportunities for more hours, building into full-time, if desired, as we grow and expand in the Austin area). Lead Cleaning Specialist - MUST have 5+ years of residential cleaning experience with references. Must able to work independently as well as be the Leader of a 2-3 person cleaning team and be willing to perform a thorough inspection at the end of each cleaning to ensure the highest quality standards. Attention to detail and a knack for keeping things tidy and organized are very important, as well as the natural inclination to go above and beyond while cleaning. Pay commensurate with experience and ranging between $17-19/hr. Assistant Cleaning Specialist - must have at least 1 full year of residential cleaning experience with references. Must be able to work independently, while being able to follow instructions from the Lead Cleaning Specialist. Attention to detail and a knack for keeping things tidy and organized are very important, as well as the natural inclination to go above and beyond while cleaning.
