Art Noise & Danceable Drops (why not) Broadway Ballads (for real, but loud) Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, Will Oldham, Bill Callahan, Blaze Foley, John Prine, Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits, Lou Reed, The Velvets, The Band, Pink Floyd (why not) Can be rotating peeps, whatever serves the song Bring your stuff too Synths and beats are helpful and essential even. Have fun, adrenaline from arranging and hitting the marks! Nobody can sing like Antony but maybe we can write something worth someone worthy singing like that. Anything goes so logs as it ain’t cheesy or fits too cleanly in something that exists. Fuck that. I kinda could land a practice spot. For now, got a place to plug in outside. Maybe you’ve a better spot. We’ll make a million dollars by not trying to make a million dollars. Painters and acrobats and restless Dads and receptionists with hidden talent to get out! All Welcome, all ways. I like ambient music for sure. Lyrics, the right ones, can land/steer a mood. We can drop two words or many, whatever does the job.
