9 Year Old Red Pointer/Yellow Lab Mix Free to Good Home: I have recently been diagnosed with a Spinal Disability and am having difficulties taking care of "Buddy" on my own. My disability limits my walking abilities and I am having difficulties maintaining him. I am not able to take care of Buddy like I was before my spinal issues began and I feel he needs a better home than I can currently provide. Buddy is housebroken and does very well about not having accidents indoors. He loves to chew on Bones and go for walks, and he loves cuddles. He does really well in car rides and will do anything for a treat. I should tell you though, he doesn't get along with small children and I won't get him go to a household that has children under the age of 12. Buddy has his boundary's (as we all do), but he has been known to growl and nib at children that don't respect his space. Buddy is what I like to call a "Porch Dog", he loves to be outside lying in the sun. He is a very good dog, it really breaks my heart that I can't walk him or take care of him like he deserves. I am not asking for a rehousing fee, I just want my Buddy to be taken care of by loving people.
