Growing Construction firm in the Capital District is seeking a worker to perform carpentry work according to plans and specifications - measure, cut, install various fixtures & millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture & etc.. Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed, collaborate with other carpenters & supervisors to complete projects. Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite. Troubleshoot & repair issues with building components & equipment. Must have some experience, candidates must have a good work ethic, be punctual and must have a clean NYS driver license. This company also performs lead abatement and will pay for your EPA certification. A very competitive hourly wage will be based on experience.
