Website: Position: Logistics/Shipping & Receiving Receptionist (MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH IN ORDER TO APPLY) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Salary: $16 an hour About Us: Our facility is a Bonded Warehouse where we provide importing & exporting services such as U.S.D.A. inspections, certifications and storage. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls, greet clients at the door, and other general clerical duties. • Assess and resolve issues relating to transportation, customer inquiries, import and export, and inventory. • Obtain and send appropriate paperwork with each shipment via driver and via email direct to the customer. • Prepare and review import or export documents (bill of lading, commercial invoice, country specific documents, US customs, etc.) for accuracy. • Respond to inquiries regarding status of documents and work with vendors to ensure on time delivery of documents. • Coordinate and fulfill compliance of import and export governmental regulations (AES, US Customs, country specific requirements, etc.). • Provide support to all internal and external customers, vendors, suppliers, agents and government agencies to ensure coordination and logistics of vehicle shipments. • Assist in researching and resolving operations issues/problems that may occur. • Create invoices, sort and file paperwork • Will be cross trained to fill in as needed for other office personnel. Requirements: • Effective Communication (English & Spanish), including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent customer service/relations skills • Organization and time management skills • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing Team environment. • Proficient in MS Office tools including, Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and Outlook. • Experience with Quickbooks and RB SYSTEMS is a plus
