Remove debris and furniture throughout the house. 2. Repair cut wires coming out of the tile wall by the dining room entrance to kitchen 3. Remove all trash/furniture from the front and back of the house. - includes dumping costs 4. Remove vines growing on house trim back brush growing in front and back of house. 5. Front yard and backyard mowed. 6. Treat all mold that is found in the house and basement 7. I would like to put a lock box on the house with a set of keys in it.
