Senior dog needs medical attention

This is Sci. She is a 13 year old husky mix. She has an ear infection that started last year. I was taking her to the vet but I can no longer afford the monthly visits. The vet said her ear is incurable and has to be managed the rest of her life. I hate it but I can’t afford it. I talked to a shelter that told me to just put her down but I don’t want to do that. She needs someone who is able to care for her. She likes being outside. She is still very spunky for being an older dog.
