Seeking Shared Office Space for Consultations with Clients

I am interested in sharing an office space for talking consultations that I do with 1 - 3 people typically. I would like to be able to work with someone who has a set schedule for the office that I can book my own sessions around (such as a counselor or someone who has dedicated office hours only part-time). I can provide my own set up (I use a table and chairs) or use yours if you prefer. I am aiming to land in a spot that is an actual business address (I would need to use this for my Google business page) in Southeast between 30th and 60th ave and between Belmont and Woodstock. I am an excellent communicator who will pay on time and work well with the agreements we come to around usage. I prefer to keep my monthly costs below $300/month. I can pay on an hourly or monthly basis.
