Our company is proud to offer: ● Competitive pay paid weekly ● On-the-job training and subsequent pay-raises (experience preferred but not required!) ● Career development and advancement opportunities ● Select quarterly bonuses and incentives Responsibilities include: ● Load/unload material onto work trucks/trailers ● Erect scaffolding or ladders to specific heights ● Observe job site safety policy and procedures ● Cut the insulation materials to size and install in frames, ceiling, attic, or crawlspace ● Install batt, blown or spray foam insulation ● Operate and maintain general construction tools and insulation machinery ● May be required to drive a company vehicle and follow DOT requirements ● Complete daily paperwork and materials inventory Qualifications include: ● High School diploma or GED ● A valid driver's license (highly preferred) ● Experience in the Construction industry (preferred) - pay based on experience ● Position requires a Drug Test and Motor Vehicle Report, contingent upon employment Physical demands include: ● Working in tight spaces, including attics and crawl spaces ● Lift a minimum of 50lbs ● Climb ladders and scaffolds, ability to stand for extended periods of time ● Adapt to various weather conditions ● Able to bend, twist, and turn body and shoulders, waist, knees Things you should know about working at our Company: ● We are all about teamwork and company culture!
