We are looking for a full-time handyman for a 100+ unit apartment complex in Tacoma. The person is required to live on-site. Please email your resume if you are interested in the position. **We will appreciate you DON'T reply if you are not able to live onsite or you are only looking for part-time work.** Office hours are Tuesday - Saturday 9:00AM-5:30PM. Must have basic knowledge of apartment maintenance (drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair....) *Also be available for after hour maintenance emergency calls if needed* Qualifying candidate(s) must have the following: *2+ year experience *Appliance repair knowledge *Able to do unit turnovers in timely manner *Good Attitude and Reliable *Has own basic power tools *Valid driver license and have own vehicle *Basic knowledge of Plumbing *Basic knowledge of Electrical *Painting and all things to do with unit turnovers *Must live on-site after probation We offer 20% rent discount (the current rent rate is $1,210 - $1,695 depends on unit size) No charge on water/sewer/garbage Medical insurance after 90 days onboard
