This is a funny proposal because it was the way it used to be before the 19th amendment. Before "Woman's sufferage" only property owners and business owners could vote. That way liberal inbreeding welfare moochers couldn't vote themselves the working man's wealth. Yes, woman could vote if she was the owner of said property. This is why we should and will abolish the 19th amendment to the constitution. "When the people are allowed to vote themselves wealth, it will herald the end of the republic."
