Hi! My son and I have been homeless since August (our landlord sold the place and changed the locks on us and we have been staying with in the car or a hotel also going to friends/family houses) I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment for us. My credit is terrible but I am working on it. I currently work part-time 3rd shift but it would not be enough to cover rent. I don't know much about real estate but am willing to work in exchange for a free or an affordable amount of rent. If given the this oppurtunity, I am willing to take classes, get a real estate license, do all the training that is needed to be able to qualify for the job.
