i have a small job that needs a handyman for the day and/or tomorrow. The job pays by the project. Not sure i will do then entire list as the work is being preformed already, but would like a couple of people on it right away for items not done. Here is a list of the items needing done: INSIDE Bathroom tub needs caulk Caulk bathtub Trim needed bathroom Bedroom floor needs trim Bedroom window needs painting Trim around light closet under kitchen Sink holes Broken trim BASEMENT Crack basement floor Garage attic access needs cover Basement door will Not shut To garage install new patio door handle CLEAN Fireplace in Living room needs touched up and cleaned Kitchen cabinet needs touch up. Bathroom sink dirty Paint on floor bathroom trim cleaned basement floor cleaned and moped clean bath shower OUTSIDE Paint job outside Rotted wood Damage trim Damage siding Paint job on front siding Caulk siding Caulk front by garage Front door needs paint Rotted facia Hazard old deck left sharp objects Damage front porch. Wash out 25 hours total work time at $15/hr. if the work is done way before 20 hours, you still get paid for 20 hours. 2 day turn around
