We are a rental company looking for an experience maintenance technician. A property maintenance technician is someone who takes care of properties, responds to needs such as painting, carpentry, turn around units, and some renovation to keep everything in good condition. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Here are some of the necessary skills: You must have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation to and from work. Mechanical Skills: You must have mechanical knowledge and be able to handle repairs and fixtures. Basic construction skills is a MUST. General Maintenance Skills: Knowing how things work and staying organized will help you tackle maintenance tasks efficiently and in an easy manner. Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Strong communications skills are required in order to effectively deliver information to clients, colleagues, and management. Physical Ability: You must be physically able to lift, bend, reach, and carry objects. This position is full time Monday-Friday with the requirement of flexibility on the weekends and after hours for emergency repairs.
