Some Nights and Weekends Qualifications · US Work Authorization · Superintendent Experience: Minimum 5 years · OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 a plus · Speak English and Spanish · Manage a crew of 10-75 workers and multiple job sites · Must be able to communicate with email and phone with office and customers · Must be able to use phone apps for time keeping and daily reports Full Job Description This position requires someone with minimum 5 years experience managing a crew of 10-75 on commercial drywall construction projects. The position will require that you be experienced in the following areas: · Read and understand blue prints · Read, review and understand submittal information · Must be able to effectively review and receive material deliveries · Must be able to schedule job effectively and coordinate with all trades · Metal Framing, Drywall, Finishing · Acoustical Ceilings · Hollow Metal Doors, Frames and Hardware · Paint Job Type: Full-time
