SPECIFIC DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Must have a valid driver license and insurance • Experience in carpet cleaning and restoration is preferred – but we WILL TRAIN the right person • No certifications or special licensing required to learn this trade • Conduct or participate in safety audits • Assist in training field staff in safety, work skills, and efficiency where applies • Provide ongoing feedback to project managers regarding job performance of technicians and needs • Ensure production and quality goals • Maintain understating of contract information for all jobs • Manage and coordinate job details between the field and office staffs • Ensure crews have detailed information and instructions necessary to complete jobs • General knowledge in all department fields, including but not limited to carpet cleaning and restoration, maintenance, painting, water restoration, housekeeping, remediation, and resurfacing. • Deconstruction experience required to include interior and exterior, from framing to finishing’s • Must have your own tools to preform proper restoration and readings • Required to know how to take proper moisture readings and how to read site plans properly • Knowledge of proper material removal, containment, disposal, and haul off • Schedule, coordinate, and manage the daily construction activities for projects in process • Ensure that projects are built to requirements and specifications established by estimate provided, codes, and clients BENEFITS: • Hourly and Commission based positions available where your earning potential has no limit! • Paid holidays start immediately • Work among some of the highest paid service technicians in the industry • We offer competitive pay, dependent on experience.
