Duties include but are not limited to: Regular maintenance and inspection of apartment units Completion of work orders Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, carpentry, and other duties necessary to turn apartment units Common area maintenance Position requires ability to climb stairs and ladders, frequent lifting, pushing, carrying or pulling of 20 to 50 pounds. Daily activities include frequent kneeling, crouching, bending, and reaching. Position requires the following: Available for on-call duties. May be required to work weekends. Experience with appliance repair is preferred. Ability to live on-site is preferred but not required.
