The person hired needs to be very hardworking, organized, and capable of learning and growing with the company. You also need to know the basics of how to repair smartphones and tablets: iPhones, iPads, iPods, Samsung, Tablets, Computers, etc. You DO NOT need to know how to repair every device, but technical repair experience if preferred. Phone Repair Philly launched 5 years ago and are growing rapidly so we need to hire at least one technician for now. We have 4 locations and great reviews. Compensation = $15/hour + commissions + tips + bonus We have 4 stores: Northern Liberties, Center City, University City and Temple University. Requirements and Attributes for a TECHNICIAN: - Technical Experience - Repair Experience - Organized & Disciplined - Learns and adapts quickly - Works well with others - Coachable and can coach others - Great communicator - VERY hard working - Dedicated and loyal - Respectful and encouraging - Plays well, leads well, learns well - Time Management - AMAZING Attitude and Friendly - Customer Service - Patient but Works quickly and efficiently - Can repair devices - Has a car and insurance You MUST have some prior repair experience. Right now my company repairs the following devices: - iPhones - Samsung - Nexus - Google - Tablets - Laptops + PC We also BUY, SELL, TRADE and UNLOCK devices. Bonus Experience: - Computer Repair - Soldering - Software Experience - Sales and Customer Service We are very team-oriented. If you work hard and care about the job you will make a lot of money. This is a contract job but we do have hours you need to work for a commission rate. The more you help market and promote my business the more repairs you will get and more money you will make. I will also want this person helping with social media, marketing, business development and more. This job can be lucrative if you work hard and have flexibility.
