We rent rooms ( Without equipment ) for bands on monthly / Annual bases in Kensington, Philadelphia Rooms are vary in sizes ( 200 sqft - 400 sqft ) / Put your gear there and have the space available for you 24 HR a day. No need to book or pay high hourly rates like regular rehearsal spaces. The space has bathrooms, WiFi, fellow musicians and nice common area. Each room is locked and only available for you.
