$500 reward for the name of the person that killed my German Shepard named Ruger and was usually located at 621 E Calvert Hill Road on 12/31/2021, The dog appeared to have been dragged behind a vehicle and thrown along side the road, the broken collar was located approximately 20 to 25 yards from his body. Any person that would do that to an animal is a low life piece of s#$% and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
