This position offers a convenient Monday through Friday first shift work schedule, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and is located in DeForest, WI.  What You’ll Do Every Day Operate a variety of entry level machines Collate printed product Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent  Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for 6–8 hours per day Strong basic math skills and a keen eye for detail  Willingness to work overtime as requested  Ability to be self-motivated and work effectively with little supervision Prior experience working in a manufacturing department is preferred Benefits Our coworker satisfaction rating continues to be the highest in the area due to our competitive compensation, our many employee benefits, and our focus on work-life balance.
