***SIGNING BONUS*** Pro Care Lawn and Pest is seeking candidates for immediate hire. Position overview: Pro Care Lawn and Pest is seeking out a hard working individual to service, maintain, and have pride in commercial/residential lawns. Pro Care Lawn and Pest is a locally owned and operated pest control company serving the greater Jacksonville area for over 18 years. As a lawn technician you will be responsible for building relationships with customers while servicing their properties. As an employee, you will: Follow and conform to all company policies/standards Abide by all state and federal regulations and guidelines Manage route and schedule Identify and Treat lawn and shrubs for a variety of different weed, insects and diseases Conduct routine service calls to ensure issue is corrected Be able to speak with customers about issues in their lawn and shrubs Mix, apply and handle chemicals according to federal label Operate a company vehicle and abide to all laws and regulations of the road Attend job training as needed Conduct any other work needed by from management Minimum Qualifications: Possess a current and valid driver’s license Able to pass initial 40-hour training along with the State of Florida GI-BMP exam Able to work a full 40-hour work week Physical capabilities: Continuous mobilization for up to 12 hours a day to include but are not limited to: pushing, pulling, lifting, crouching, and standing. Overall daily labor in extreme heat/cold Physical Appearance: Must maintain and a clean a professional appearance Wear proper uniform provide by Pro Care Lawn and Pest Benefits include: Health Insurance Paid Vacation Uniforms provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
