We are downsizing and need to find Piper a welcoming home. He is 60#, neutered, chipped, leash trained, current on all shots, and fully house trained. Piper loves to run on the beach or walk the trails with his master. He can be anxious but calms down with a little TLC. Gets along with other dogs, but cats would not work for Piper.
