Actually he escaped the crate he was in. I am looking for a green quaker parrot, as seen in this picture, who got out of his crate in the parking lot of the Walmart in Gibsonton Monday. He says Rico.. $100 reward leading to his safe capture. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
