1. Must speak Clear English.
2. Must have a reliable alarm clock.
3. Must have a reliable vehicle to get to work.
4. Must not use drugs or drink excessively.
5. Must be able to climb up to 12' ladder with no fear of heights.
6. Must be able to operate basic construction hand tools.
7. YOU must be RELIABLE!!!
8. You must be able to read a tape measure.
9. Welding experience a plus.
10. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
11. This is as needed work that will NOT interfere with any government suplimental income.
12. Non-Benefitted position.
13. Must be willing to take direction from on-site managers.
14. Must love to have fun and not be afraid of horses!
15. Must be able to lift up to 75 Lbs in a team environment.
