Load Bearing interior and exterior walls with LGS studs 3. Beams composed of LGS joists 4. Manufactured LGS Posts 2. Non-Load Bearing walls with LGS studs 3. Floor Metal Deck over and between Load Bearing walls 4. LGS Stairs and landings Scope of Installation 1. Install LGS Load Bearing walls in panels 2. Install headers over openings 3. Install Tracks, Straps, bridging 4. Install Manufactured LGS Posts 5. Install LGS Beams 6. Install LGS Stairs and landings 7. Install Boots (Holdowns), Anchor Rods, Connectors and Stiffeners 8. Fasten LGS members to Structural Steel and concrete as necessary 9. Install LGS Non-Load Bearing walls with studs, tracks and headers over openings 10. Install Floor Metal Deck 11. Use fasteners such as screws, pins, bolts or LGS welding 12. Supply all items above to job site Installer Qualifications 1.
