Job Responsibilities: - Install, maintain and/or repair Plumbing and/or HVAC for both commercial and residential customers as needed. - Diagnose diverse service issues, determine any replacement parts required, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations and explain fully to the customer what the issue is and what is needed to correct it. - Be available to work night and weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers. Obtain approval from Dispatch for any scheduling changes to the on-call schedule. Required Skills: - Preferred 1 to 3 years’ experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse Plumbing and/or HVAC related service issues. - Well groomed, neat appearance. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Valid Social Security number. - Willing to submit to and pass mandatory and random drug testing as required.
