COME GROW WITH US We are one of Florida's fastest-growing General Contractors. We're currently seeking a Facility Maintenance / Service Technician to join our expanding team! You will be responsible for completing work orders for a national commercial retail chain within our Florida territory. Position includes mileage reimbursement for local service calls and the use of a company vehicle for service calls exceeding 75 miles. There will be occasional overnight travel, which includes company provided vehicle, lodging and per diem. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Position reports to Director of Facilities Maintenance. Ideal candidate is best described as a Jack-of-all-trades with professional experience as a residential handyman or commercial service technician.  Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion (light bulb/fixture repair/replacement, drywall patching/repair, ceiling tile replacement, window/door hardware adjustment, painting, laminate repair, etc.) Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Deliver outstanding customer service ​Qualifications: Previous experience in commercial building maintenance residential remodeling or related field Basic maintenance tools and equipment: hand tools, cordless drill, drywall/painting tools, ladder etc. (Company vehicles are equipped with a ladder rack and ladders) Must be deadline and detail-oriented Basic computer skills (taking photos w/phone or tablet, viewing & signing work orders, sending & receiving email, etc.) A good driving record A positive, can-do attitude!
