Come work in a family oriented work environment with a great team. Responsibilities: Assist in all aspects of maintenance for the apartment community. Adheres to company policies and procedures. Troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical systems, service requests, and reporting of potential liability concerns or safety hazards. Assist with planning and execution of all preventative maintenance programs such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life-safety systems. Complete apartment make ready process. Ensure the knowledge of, and enforcement of, company safety policies. Responsible for operating within the property budgetary guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years industry experience. Ability to receive directions and contribute to a team environment. Must be proficient in all areas of apartment maintenance to include plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools & spas, roofs and life safety equipment. Strong written/oral communication skills. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job. EPA certification. CPO Preferred Valid drivers' license. Ability to understand budget Available for emergency call duties. Must be able to function effectively in a customer service environment.'
