looking for some who can come help me Clean up 2 bedrooms,and a bathroom, so I can do repairs. If you need extra cash, it would be a 1 time gig. If someone is a home cleaner, I need that. I would like a once, or at least bi weekly cleaning. single dad, two teens who have destroyed home, but now out. need rooms emptied out and clothes boxed. I. will supply all necessary items. next, whole home needs a good deep cleaning. after, if things go well, weekly agreement. you tell me your terms. kindly request 1 person only, maybe 2. Must be drug free, dog friendly, and mean no disrespect, but as this is public, I ask that you come in empty handed and bag free, and leave same first time. I Absolutely cannot have any unsavory activity in my home. Respect is paramount, much more than speed, or ability to "clear out the home". Could lead to a long term arrangement. Payment for first time on time of finish. if cash preferred, thats ok, as long as receipt is signed.
