Huggo's & On the Rocks are kama'aina owned and operated restaurants that sit on the shore of Kailua Kona's Oneo Bay. We are seeking out a maintenance technician who can perform routine maintenance, repairs, basic electrical/HVAC/plumbing, at our restaurants, Tue - Sat from 6am to 2pm. This position offers medical insurance, a daily shift meal and employee discounts. Candidates should be self-motivated, as there is a fair degree of independence in this position. Maintenance technicians all work under the direction of our Facilities Director (who travels between the other restaurants in our group, such as Kai Eats + Drinks and Lava Lava Beach Club), who leaves detailed punch lists for the week. Candidates should be able to operate all appliances/equipment safely and effectively at all times (all employees must agree to participate in a monthly random drug screen pool).
