Independent Contractor Position
Skilled labor needed.
Experience in plumbing, carpentry, drywall, construction, general house/mobile home repairs, etc. a plus.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. minimum. (up to 80 lbs. occasionally)
Must have reliable transportation.
Pay is negotiable, based on experience.
