COVID testing company seeking team leaders. As team leader you must be able to work in all types of weather conditions. We are a company operating 7 days per week. Work days range from 8-10 hours per shift! You must be comfortable working long hours! All employees are required to work weekends! You will first start off with a PAID TRAINING as a Swabber before you start handling your team. Customer service background and bilingual are a HUGE plus. We have a lot of tourist as clients, so speaking multiple languages is very helpful. For team leaders we pay $22 per hour with an overtime rate of $33 per hour. As a team leader you will be operating a vehicle (so clean driving record is a must). Team leaders have a daily route in which they are on charge of 5-8 swabbers and tents per day. As a team leader you will be in charge of opening tents and closing them daily. Your other responsibilities include making sure all tents are always properly equipped with testing supplies and PPE, your duties also include making sure things run smoothly with your team with the help of management. Both positions require individuals who are ready and eager to work, no day is ever the same. Please only apply if you can work a minimum of 5 days per week including weekends.
