Knowledge of hydraulic threads, JIC, NPT, SAE, Metric, etc. and hose end shapes, Male, Female, 90 degree, straight, etc. would be most helpful. Or, you will work and learn, working alongside our current hose assembler who will teach the assembly procedures. IMMEDIATE JOB FUNCTION: Learning how to make hydraulic hose assemblies. The hose assemblies, pumps, valves, and cylinders we sell, and repair are primarily used in construction and manufacturing equipment. INTERMEDIATE JOB FUNCTIONS: After mastering the assembly of hose assemblies, you will be taught how to repair cylinders, pumps, and valves. ULTIMATE JOB FUNCTION: After mastering the skills shown above, we need a person who can also take sales calls, talk to customers in English (other language skills are most welcome), look up cost prices, compute sales prices, write sales orders, receive, and put to stock incoming shipments received daily, and pick and ship outgoing orders. Good telephone manners, good math skills, good penmanship, and a friendly manner. We strive to provide friendly and personal customer service on the phone and face to face at the sales counter.
