Jukebox musicians dive into works by traditional and cutting-edge composers with the same infectious passion. Jukebox programs by the Vermont Symphony Orchestra’s Jukebox Quartet (violinists Letitia Quante and Brooke Quiggins, violist Stefanie Taylor, and cellist John Dunlop) allow four outstanding members of the Orchestra a chance to strut their stuff with an eclectic mix of contemporary and classical repertoire presented in an informal format. Curated by VSO Special Projects Chair Matt LaRocca, a Jukebox concert is an innovative and singular experience which the VSO is proud to count as one of its core offerings. Our Jukebox musicians dive into works by traditional and cutting-edge composers, and are joined by young string quartet players from the Bennington area for an exciting afternoon of music-making. COVID-19: Audiences must provide photo ID and proof of a COVID-19 vaccination, or a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event. Children who are ineligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccination will be allowed to attend the event while fully masked. Masks are required for all audience for the duration of the event.
