This program, presented by Glenn Marzluf, CEO & General Manager of Del-Co Water will cover the history of water systems in Delaware County. Del-Co Water is a public drinking water company with a service area that extends into seven central Ohio counties. Del-Co Water operates under the authority of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) and operates four water treatment facilities, a network of underground piping, and a series of thirty elevated storage tanks, capable of providing thirty-three million gallons of drinking water per day. Glenn Marzluf has been the General Manager & CEO for the Del-Co Water Company since 2012. He has over 25 years of experience working in the utility and public works industry. He was previously employed as the General Manager of Utilities for the City of Sarasota, Florida. Prior to Sarasota and Del-Co Water, he served as an Engineer for his hometown, the City of Hilliard, Ohio. He is a registered Professional Engineer and alum of The Ohio State University. Glenn serves on several professional boards in the water industry, and locally as commissioner for MORPC and Preservation Parks of Delaware County.
