Work Inc. is seeking a fulltime Maintenance Technician to help maintain our residential properties
The successful candidate should have the following experience.
- Plumbing: Faucet replacement, toilet repairs
- Electrical: Replace light fixtures
- Appliance Repair: Diagnose and make minor repairs.
- Carpentry: Sheet rook repairs, painting, flooring repairs, gutters,
- General: Landscaping, shoveling, carpet cleaning
The successful candidate should have the following
- Positive attitude and can work in a group or alone.
- Honest, reliable, responsible, calm
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a drug and background check
We will train individuals that display a desire to learn and improve their skills.
