Full Job Description Carpenter – Residential and commercial construction Our company is seeking a carpenter for HIGH END residential and commercial construction in Miami, Florida. Must be a motivated individual, able to work independently and with others. Extensive trade knowledge required.. This position offers a large variety of diverse projects including new construction, and renovating commercial and residential buildings. Opportunities for growth and advancement are available. Basic hand tools are required. We are looking for a detailed-oriented, motivated person with a strong work ethic to join our company. Manual labor is required. Email us to request an application or to submit a resume, or call/text 786 3253511 Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: • Build, repair, and install cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, trims, and other wooden/other materials fixtures • Keep workspace clean and organized • Follow safe work practices and maintain a professional work atmosphere • Perform related work as required Skills: • Excellent understanding of plywood, hardwoods, and veneer selection and application • Knowledge of adhesives, sealants, epoxies, silicons, wood glue, and other materials • Woodworking knowledge, including cabinetry repairs and fabrication, and other joinery works • Ability to read construction drawings • Ability to work independently and with the team Requirements: • 10+ years of fine woodworking experience • Experience using table saws, jigsaws, routers, band saws, plate joiners, and sanders • Physical strength and endurance to go up and down the stairs, lift at least 50 pounds, walk, stand, bend, climb, stretch, reach on a sustained basis. • Proper grooming and a professional appearance • Must possess a valid driver's license Work Location: • Multiple locations Work Remotely: • No Work Location: Multiple Locations
