Description
Join us on January 12th for our presentation on DoD cybersecurity for military facility & control systems. Synopsis The Department of Defense requires that all facility construction and refurbishment projects include assessments of the cybersecurity controls for all facility-related control systems (FRCS). UFC 4-010-06, Cybersecurity Of Facility-Related Control Systems, describes requirements for incorporating cybersecurity in the design of all FRCS, and defines a process based on the Risk Management Framework suitable for control systems of any impact rating, but is specifically designed to address control systems assigned LOW or MODERATE impact level. Given these requirements and renewed focus on cybersecurity for military and national security facilities, Tetra Tech has developed and adapted a methodology and approach to address cybersecurity for military facility control systems. Our Speaker: Mark McKinney serves as Director of Cyber and Physical Security for Tetra Tech’s Resilient and Sustainable Infrastructure Division. He is a recognized leader in technology, cybersecurity, and risk management, with more than 37 years of experience in the design, engineering, certification and management of cybersecurity programs and systems. Mark advises the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. Mark also advises the U.S. House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Protection and Innovation, and the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Transportation and Maritime Security on control system, SCADA and OT security policy. Mark is a retired U.S. Army Signals Intelligence and Force Protection Officer, where he designed and implemented controls and countermeasures to safeguard Joint Force assets against espionage, sabotage, terrorism, and damage.
