Preschool Pals Story Time is geared to children ages 3-5. For Saratoga Springs Library card holders; only children need to be registered. Preschool Pals is for children ages 3-5. Each 30-minute story time includes songs, action rhymes, and three or four books, all on the same weekly theme, and helps children develop the socialization and early literacy skills they'll use in school. Registration required for all participating children; for Saratoga Springs Library card holders. All children's programming is held upstairs, in the City Council Chambers. Follow signage.
