Having to rehome 1yr old pup

Hello there it's is with great disappointment and sadness that I have to rehome my 1yr old miniature pincher/chihuahua. He is an amazing pup and outside trained but I use male dog wraps for him around the house as he's still trying to mark due to my 8 year old chihuahuas presence. I originally got the dog for my autistic son who wanted him but my son is more entertained with video games now and due to working long schedules we aren't available to give this pup the attention and care he needs. He's great with other pets as I have a cat and older dog in the household and he's amazing with children especially those under 5 years of age. I am asking for only a 200$ rehoming fee just to make sure he goes to a great home. He comes with all his basic necessities including leash harness cute carrier bag wraps and toys and big bed. Please no low balling as price is non negotiable and if you can't pick up I can deliver anywhere in nyc for a small fee of 20$ if it's in the Bronx 10$ please text only to my names jesi.
