Join us as we provide an overview of the IEP process and shares strategies for using person-centered planning. Walk away with ideas, strategies, and resources for using person-centered planning to create an Individualized Education Program (IEP) that reflects your vision for a good life for your child. Presented by Lesli Girard, Co-Executive Director for Families Together, Inc., and Leia Holley, Program Director for Families Together, the Parent Training and Information and Health Information Center serving Kansas families.  Families Together is Kansas’ federally designated Parent Training & Information Center (PTI) and Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F). We provide support for families and their children who have disabilities, and/or special health care needs.
