The Power of Play is coming to Kentucky Playworks is pleased to offer our PlayShop, a two-hour experiential workshop designed to empower you to transform your recess. The PlayShop will equip you with: Tangible group management and conflict resolution tools that can be implemented immediatelyAn inspired understanding of how recess, play and physical activity can positively impact school climateA powerful perspective on the barriers students face when accessing healthy play and how adults can ease those challengesA packet of games and resources covered during the workshop to take home.This training is great for principals, classroom teachers, recess staff, parent volunteers and PE teachers! Come out to learn more about Playworks and ways to elevate your playground! Refreshments will be provided! Information about possible subsidized training opportunities will be shared during the workshop.
