We're thrilled to have Lee Schneider back at the Fort Worth Camera School of Photography to teach you the fundamentals of filmmaking with YOUR camera! This 3 hour workshop will be provided in 3 sections: Part 1:Camera settings & controls: Lee will instruct on all controls from shutter speed/frame rate to ISO, as well as various menu settings such as HD, 4k, 24p, 60p, white balance, and more. Hours 2 & 3:"Putting it to Work. Once you know what the functions/setting do... this is the next step. This will cover many of the aspects of filmmaking from motion control (tripods, sliders, gimbals, handheld, etc) to audio, lenses, lighting, and misc equipment like camera cages, external monitors & recorders. Lee will also talk about editing (or shooting for the edit) and color. Group Discussion/Q&A: Topics to include: Business, working with clients, and the most popular one of all... how much do I charge/rates?!? We will also talk about what makes something truly "cinematic".
