FOUND adorable black/white cat

I was standing on my porch at 8:30pm, Wednesday night when this little soaking wet kitty came running up to me crying frantically! She immediately let me pick her up, latched onto my shoulder and started purring like crazy. I brought her inside and she was starving! She has fleas but otherwise healthy, is very sweet and very trusting. Clearly loved by someone but was so hungry and seemed lost and distressed. So I would just hate to assume she is "just an outdoor cat" and possibly be wrong. Because if someone is missing her, I'm sure they are worried sick! Please help me find her hoomans 🙏 (I will get her scanned for a microchip first thing in the morning, make posters and call in reports with local vet clinics/greenhill/EVH/etc) Additional details: Found at 8:30pm on Wednesday January 3rd Maxwell Road / North Eugene High School Female, DSH, Black/White tuxedo Very distinct markings on paws Her back left foot is white with just one little black toe Her front right paw is white with two little black toes Has a tiny little white stipe on her forehead Is extremely vocal/talkative/affectionate
