IMMEDIATE OPENING! Maintenance Person needed for several apartment complexes in Bellows Falls, Vermont. We are looking for a responsible, experienced hands-on person for general upkeep, cleaning, repairs, painting, and coordination with contractors when needed. There is an on-call requirement for emergency maintenance, but weekend coverage is shared. Pay is commensurate with experience and skills. This is a full-time position.
