Need a place where i can do some wood/metal cutting for a small hobby, project I have. I will pay $10 an hour, up to total of $200/month cash for the use of the space. Can be your garage, basement, etc. with an outlet. No apartments or complexes. At most 3 hours at a time. This can be an ongoing thing couple times a week if it works out for both of us, if not just a one time thing is ok too. Up to $200 a month. Very flexible in terms of time. Can be odd hours durning the week, weekend or during business hours is ok too. Prefer within 30 miles of boston.
