Finn is a 1 year 5 month old beagle basset hound (bagle). He has had his shots and is fixed. He’s a good puppy but just don’t have the strength needed to bring him on walks and let him play anymore. Last vet he was 45 lbs.. he pulls and I have a neck injury that I can’t have him yanking me anymore. He knows a number of tricks and knows his name. Im asking $800 please text me at
