Stadium District Flats is looking to expand our bench and find a few new team members to help manage our properties, flips and development projects in the Sandpoint Area- we will have jobs for you through the off-season AND in the summer! Looking for a team member that can work part time, a few days a month to full time during peak projects and is local to Sandpoint, Idaho. Really looking for a utility infielder someone that can do framing, drywall, minor electrical, minor plumbing, fencing, etc to help manage our next renovation starting in August 2021. Work with a development team with over $15 million in national real estate experience but with a small business feel and local experience. We will pay hourly (time and materials) or fixed price for specific pre-negotiated activities. We are only interested in quality workmanship and team players. Like you, we have been around the block and seen our share of bad contractors and bad customers. Licensed and insured preferred. If you are a small company with a few guys and two trucks that is great too! You must be able to support our team's Values: Quality, Integrity, Accountability and Teamwork. Most of our team has worked for us for over 10 years but we are growing, expanding into new geographical regions and need more help. We are looking for someone who is reliable and trustworthy and has a background in customer service and/or sales. Work hours will range between 11am-7pm on weekdays and a few hours on Saturdays when necessary. Requirements: -Minimum 10 years of contracting/handyman experience -Responsible, accountable, and shows up on time -Ability to communicate via email, phone, text message and online maintenance portal -Must have a vehicle and be able to work independently -Ability to respond quickly to lockouts and emergency requests when needed -Reasonably priced hourly rate for showings and last-minute requests -PNP If you are interested, please provide all of the requested information.
