We are a well-established custom home Contractor, Building some of the most spectacular homes in North Idaho & Eastern Washington. Searching for a responsible hardworking person to fill a general labor position, with potential for growth within other branches of the company. Full time work. Compensation: $16 - $19 General Laborer Job Duties/Qualifications - • Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation. Most Jobs are 30 Min outside of CDA • Punctuality. Compensation: $19 - $26 Entry Framer Job Duties/Qualifications - • Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation. Most Jobs are 30 Min outside of CDA • Punctuality. Compensation: $26 - $32 Lead Framer Job Duties/Qualifications - • Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation. Most Jobs are 30 Min outside of CDA • Punctuality. Both verbal and visual. 5- Own tool bags with basic hand tools 6- Knowledge and Master Skills with all power tools. Skilsaw, Nail gun, ETC. 7- Proficient in reading architectural plans and basic math. 8- Able to lift 70LB. 9- Comfortable climbing ladders, walking walls & roofs. 10- Knowledge and skill in operating Tele-Handler & Rigging 11- Knowledge in timber framing and structural steel erection. 12- Framing, sheeting walls, installing Simpson hardware, rolling trusses, sheeting roofs, building wrap, installing windows.
